Return and Exchange policy
It can happen that you the product ordered and want to return it. Possible reasons are:

1.) You have ordered the wrong item, or you are not satisfied with the product.

2.) The delivered product is within the warranty term, defective, gone.

Below you can read how you, in such situations, your product or order return.


Ordered the wrong item or is not satisfied
When you use a wrong product ordered, or are not satisfied with the delivered product and want to return can within 14 days. The risk of the return shipment to the consumer. A product can only be returned if it is complete, undamaged, unused and where possible in the original packaging.


Defective or the wrong product

Return the product to Gentec Energy B. V., the return address is below mentioned. Care for a return to the following:

1.) A copy of the invoice with the return shipment can be sent.

2.) The return shipment must include a clear formulated complaint.

3.) Decent packaging in which the product cannot be damaged.

4.) Clearly stating your name, e-mail address and phone number where you can be reached.

5.) Sufficient postage on your return.

Cost to return
The costs for return shipment are for the account of the customer. Except if we have a wrong

product supplied or product with defect.

All returns must be prepaid, otherwise the shipment will not be accepted by Gentec Energy. In the above cases, the shipping fees are deposited to the bank account number set forth above.

In the case of a return in connection with a defect will our customer service the returned product tests faulty. If no defect is discovered, will the shipping and examination costs may be charged.
